Health Relief Organisation (H.R.O) is a registered, non-profit, non-sectarian organisation based in Sheikhupura, Pakistan. Established in 2010, H.R.O was founded with a clear mission: to protect basic human rights and improve the quality of life for underserved and vulnerable communities.
For more than a decade, H.R.O has worked at the intersection of healthcare access, humanitarian aid, and community development, delivering essential services without discrimination. Our work is rooted in dignity, equity, and compassion, ensuring that no individual is left behind due to poverty, disability, or lack of resources.
H.R.O supports marginalized and vulnerable populations, including:
Low-income families
People with physical disabilities
Communities lacking access to clean drinking water
Individuals with limited access to basic healthcare services
All programs are designed to be inclusive and accessible, regardless of background, gender, or socioeconomic status.
To improve lives by ensuring equitable access to basic human rights and essential services for the most vulnerable members of society.
A just and empowered society where every individual can live with dignity, security, and hope.
Helping Hand focuses on immediate humanitarian relief and healthcare support. Through this initiative, H.R.O provides:
Daily meals for vulnerable families
Emergency disaster relief
Medical camps in underserved areas
Support to government healthcare facilities through essential medical equipment and supplies
This program addresses urgent needs while strengthening public healthcare capacity.
H.R.O Hope is dedicated to empowering individuals with physical disabilities to live independent and self-reliant lives. The program offers:
Access to education
Medical treatment and rehabilitation support

Small business assistance
By investing in long-term empowerment, H.R.O Hope helps individuals move beyond dependency and toward sustainable livelihoods.
Clean water is a fundamental human right. Through H.R.O Clean Water, the organisation addresses Pakistan’s water crisis by installing water filtration plants in underserved communities.
To date, 20 filtration plants have been installed in Sheikhupura and surrounding areas, providing millions of people with access to safe drinking water and significantly reducing waterborne diseases.
Over the years, H.R.O has positively impacted thousands of lives by providing:
Food and emergency relief
Medical care and diagnostic access
Clean drinking water
Education and vocational opportunities
Livelihood and self-reliance support
Many beneficiaries now support themselves and their families, helping break cycles of poverty and long-term dependence.
Together, we can protect basic human rights and build a healthier, more hopeful future.
