H.R.O was built for people who often get left behind low-income families, people living with disabilities, and communities that don't have reliable access to clean water or basic healthcare. It's based in Sheikhupura, Pakistan, and has been serving the area since 2010. There are no restrictions based on religion, background, or gender. H.R.O Hope focuses on people with physical disabilities helping them get medical treatment, mobility aids, education, and even skills training so they can become financially independent. And H.R.O Clean Water is tackling Pakistan's water crisis one filtration plant at a time they've already installed 20 plants around Sheikhupura, giving millions of people access to safe drinking water.

They offer lab tests like haematology, microbiology, and serology, as well as imaging services like ultrasound, ECG, echocardiography, and colour Doppler.
